HOW TO REQUEST COMPLIANCE AND AUDIT INFORMATION
REQUEST CENTRA’S AUDIT DOCUMENTATION, CERTIFICATIONS, OR SCHEDULE A SITE VISIT AS PART OF YOUR ORGANIZATION’S COMPLIANCE NEEDS.
CENTRA Digital is committed to maintaining high standards of compliance, security, and transparency. We support customer due diligence by providing access to compliance documentation, audit coordination, and responses to risk or operational questionnaires. This article outlines how customers can request compliance materials and schedule facility audits.
CENTRA maintains a set of attestation reports and certifications to demonstrate adherence to industry standards. These may include:
- Data center compliance certifications
- Environmental and sustainability attestations
- Physical security assessments
- Incident response and change management procedures
Availability of documentation may vary by facility or service type.
Note: All compliance documentation is subject to the confidentiality terms outlined in your Master Services Agreement (MSA).
To request available compliance materials, contact your Customer Success Manager or email help@centradigital.com.
Scheduling a Facility Audit
If your organization requires an audit of a CENTRA facility (e.g., as part of vendor due diligence or regulatory compliance):
- Coordinate the request through your Customer Success Manager
- CENTRA will assign a designated representative to assist with:
- Scheduling the audit
- Coordinating access and tour routing
- Ensuring required materials and access controls are prepared
Audits typically require advanced notice and may involve limitations on access to sensitive areas depending on scope and nature.
Completing Questionnaires and Assessments
Customers often request assistance with third-party risk assessments or vendor questionnaires. CENTRA handles these based on the level of customization required:
Standard Requests
- CENTRA will provide answers to common operational, security, or compliance questions when requested via a support ticket
- These may include information about facility operations, network availability, or redundancy
Non-Standard or Custom Reports
- Requests for detailed or customized documentation, including third-party templates or non-standard formats, are considered non-standard reports
- These are subject to CENTRA’s standard Remote Hands Services hourly rates
To request a custom report or assessment response, submit a support ticket and include:
- The type of information requested
- The questionnaire or format to be completed
- Required deadline
CENTRA will review the request and provide a cost estimate if applicable.
CENTRA supports customers’ sustainability initiatives and can provide relevant facility data (e.g., energy usage, renewable energy sources, efficiency ratings). Sustainability-related requests that require customized data gathering or formatting may also be treated as non-standard reports.
