Phone: Individuals contacting CENTRA via phone must have the applicable role-based permissions. Once the user is validated, CENTRA personnel will create a support ticket which will be subject to the applicable charges based on the Service request type. Call CENTRA customer success directly if you have an urgent support request or are experiencing an issue with your service. 

Email: Individuals contacting CENTRA via email must include their contact information, so CENTRA personnel can validate that the user has the applicable role-based permissions. A support ticket is automatically created and CENTRA personnel will review and respond to the request.
